Our courses really are quite flexible and anyone can take a Teen course but these courses were designed specifically for older teens. They were designed to deliver leadership skills and achievement, to bring out the best and provide each student with an opportunity for success.

Learn outdoor skills and gain confidence from knowing first hand, that even with minimal gear, you can take care of yourself. Take some time away and listen to yourself for a change.
This two or three week course is an extended expedition in the vast Boundary Waters. You may travel for the entire time without resupplies, cook over an open fire and learn the meaning of teamwork. Two days of rock climbing, our high ropes course, a solo, Final Expedition and a service project make this more than just a camping trip. This course is ideal for teens looking for challenge and accomplishment.

This three week backpacking course takes place in the Carter-Mahoosuc and Bigelow Mountain ranges in western Maine. This course includes rock climbing, solo and final expedition and service and is ideal for rising juniors and seniors ready to take on challenge and experience adventure.

This is a whitewater river expedition through the forests of western Maine with lots of opportunities to climb at rock sites along the way. Whitewater canoeing is fun and challenging and rock climbing is exhilarating and enlightening. This course is ideal for teens looking for the thrill of whitewater paddling and the perseverance to climb rocks.
