Q: What day on your Outward Bound course was your favorite? My favorite day was when we climbed the mountain to the peak and ate on the peak.
Q: What moment on your Outward Bound course are you most proud of? When I climbed to the peak I thought I would never make it there. I am definitely proud of myself.
Q: How did you react when you found out you were
going on an Outward Bound course filmed by The Real World?
I was very excited and could not wait to get there
Q: What’s it like to have camera’s filming your
every move?
It was fun at first, but then it sort
of got annoying, but was well worth it.
Q: What was most challenging about your Outward Bound
course? How did you overcome it?My challenge was
that I’m not that fit and climbing and hiking was challenging.
I overcame it by pushing myself and telling myself I can do
it and of course support from other students and teachers.
Q: What would you say to another student getting ready
to go on an Outward Bound course?
I would tell that
person to never give up and be prepare for anything and everything
Q: Who was your favorite Outward Bound intern (a.k.a. Real
World Roommate) and why? Brooke was my favorite.
I just thought me and her had so much in common.
Q: What was the most important thing you learned on
your Outward Bound course and how do you apply it to your
life?
I would say the most important thing I learned
was never give up. I can do anything I put my mind to. I apply
it to life by using it whenever I feel I can’t do something.
Q: What is the funniest thing that happened on course?
I fell while walking down a hill flipped forward
Q: What was your favorite meal? My favorite
meal was spaghetti
Q: What was the coolest thing you saw while on course
in Colorado? I saw snow. It was just so cool. Now
it was only on certain spots of the mountains. Another cool
thing was being above the mountains and looking down and see
clouds was weird.
Q: How is your life different now that you have gone
on an Outward Bound course? My life has changed by
knowing nature isn’t so bad after all.
Q: Have you kept in touch with any of your coursemates?
Yes, I have kept in touch with Margo. We talk every now and
then.
