Q: What day on your Outward Bound course was your favorite? The last climb to the peak of the mountain. I really enjoyed being with everyone.
Q: How did you react when you found out you were
going on an Outward Bound course filmed by The Real World?
I was kinda on the fence about it. I auditioned with
a friend who wasn’t able to go. In the end I did it
kind of as a joke for my friends, but initially I was kind
of nervous.
Q: What moment on your Outward Bound course are you
most proud of? I am not proud of any one moment in
particular. I’m more proud of having made it through
the whole thing.
Q: What’s it like to have camera’s filming
your every move? It’s kind of funny for a minute.
Then it becomes annoying. The camera people probably hated
me because I always looked straight into the camera.
Q: What was most challenging about your Outward Bound course?
How did you overcome it? Not having the things you
are accustomed to. It really helps you appreciate what you
have.
Q: What would you say to another student getting ready to
go on an Outward Bound course? I hope you weren’t
expecting to be inside at any point. Prepare to think rationally.
Q: Who was your favorite Outward Bound intern (a.k.a.
Real World Roommate) and why? Am I allowed to just
say all of them?
Q: What was the most important thing you learned
on your Outward Bound course and how do you apply it to your
life? I’ve got more of a patient feel for everything
now. You can’t have everything the way you want it,
you use what you have and take what you can get.
Q: What is the funniest thing that happened on course?
Tyrie
Q: What was your favorite meal? I am torn
between the Tasty Bites and the pesto
Q: What was the coolest thing you saw while on course
in Colorado? The huge valleys between the different
peaks.
Q: How is your life different now that you have gone
on an Outward Bound course? Nothing's changed, except
me.
Q: Have you kept in touch with any of your coursemates?
I had a paper full of e-mail, phone numbers and myspace addresses,
but it fell out of my pocket on the way home.
