A celebration of the spirit of Outward Bound. Join Philadelphia area Outward Bound alumni and friends for the inaugural Philadelphia Compass Awards honoring a student and teacher whose direction, dedication and determination exemplify the core values of Outward Bound. This event is presented by the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School's Philadelphia Outward Bound program and will be held on Thursday, September 18th, 2003 at Fairmount Park's Horticulture Center from 6 to 8 pm.
