Whether you or someone you know benefited from and enjoyed an Outward Bound Wilderness experience, we’d be grateful if you’d tell a friend, a neighbor, or a schoolmate about Outward Bound. Encouraging them to consider an Outward Bound experience may be one of the greatest gifts they ever receive. More people come to us because a friend told them about their own experience than for any other reason.
If you think someone you know would enjoy or benefit from Outward Bound, we would greatly appreciate your referral. If the individual(s) you refer end up signing up for and completing a course, we will pay you a flat-fee of $100 per student. At the end of the year you will be entered in a raffle to win a free 7-day course with Outward Bound Wilderness or other prizes. *
Have them watch our video online, read stories from other students, order a catalog, and then call one of our Admissions Advisors toll free at 866-846-7745. When the person being referred calls in, make sure he or she tells the Admissions Advisor that this is a referral and be sure to mention your name and telephone number during the initial phone call. *

*Program Rules and Regulations
If you refer someone to Outward Bound Wilderness, you will need to tell that person to mention your name and phone number during the initial call to Outward Bound Wilderness. If your name and phone number are mentioned after the initial call, this will not count towards the referral fee or raffle entry.
A lead or alumnus that is already in our system doesn’t count as a referral. The lead must be new.
Your referral will need to sign up, pay for, and complete a course for you to get the payment of $100. Payments will be made within 2 months of course completion.
Payments are limited to $100 per household. If you refer a friend and then that person's sister also goes on course, you would be paid $100.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can have during this program (ending 12/31/2007).
Referals of family memers are not eligible for the referral fee or the drawing.
At the end of the year (12/31/2007), you will be entered into a drawing to win one of three prizes. Individuals will be entered into the prize drawing for each student they refer that completes course, increasing their odds of winning. We will notify the winners within 7 business days.:
1st place - A free 7-day course with Outward Bound Wilderness
2nd place - An Outward Bound Wilderness sweatshirt
3rd - 10th place - An Outward Bound Wilderness hat.
